(MEDW)Investor Larry Feinberg is requesting a meeting with one or more members of Mediware's board to discuss issues including the status of senior management, succession planning, recent sales of common stock by insiders and corporate-governance policies. Feinberg would also like to discuss potential actions to increase liquidity and enhance stockholder value, and the possible inclusion of an independent director, to be identified by entities affiliated with Feinberg and concerns regarding Mediware's communications with stockholders. Feinberg owns 1,305,036 shares (17.4%).
